岐

岐 is a Chinese character. It is one of the Kyōiku kanji or Kanji taught in elementary school in Japan.[1]
It is one of the 20 kanji added to the Kyoiku kanji that are found in the names of the following prefectures of Japan[2]. It is the first character in 岐阜 (Gifu).[2]
The character also refers to Qi (Li Maozhen's state).[3]
