The firm was founded in 2005 by three partners: Maria Cirino, who co-founded Guardent (acquired by VeriSign in 2003 for $140 million); former Razorfish Chief Financial Officer Larry Begley; and Liam Donohue, founder of Boston venture firm Arcadia Partners.[4]
