Jason E. Floyd, better known by his stage name 11 20, is an American record producer, songwriter, and rapper from Chicago, Illinois.

Musical Career

At an early age, 11 20 discovered hip hop through watching his older brother rap and was influenced by the music he would bring home. What attracted him the most was the curiosity for how they were put together and led him to study the art of sampling. Years later, 11 20 met fellow producer Soundtrakk in High School and the two quickly formed a friendship. Making beats came natural for the two and ultimately reached the ears of Chicago native No I.D.. With guidance from No I.D., 11 20 was able to expand his knowledge of music production and arrangement to develop his soulful, hard-punching sound.

In 2008, 11 20 gained attention with Mikkey Halsted's "Liquor Store," which created awareness throughout many Chicago communities due to Mikkey's impactful message. In 2012, 11 20 would also go on to collaborate on projects with Scotty ATL as well as King Mez.

11 20 is set to release his debut album *BARCELONA* in 2019 on Open Game Recordings.
