1792 Reni (1968 BG) is a main-belt asteroid discovered on January 24, 1968 by L. Chernykh at Nauchnyj.
Photometric observations of this asteroid collected during 2008 show a rotation period of 15.95 ± 0.02 hours with a brightness variation of 0.54 ± 0.06 magnitude.[1]
