1877 Team is a term of Kurdish hackers established in 2019.[1][2]

The group took responsibility for hacking several large organizations and governments, the most notable of which is the hack of Donald Trump's w[9][10][11]

Actions[edit]
- 9th July 2021 - A member of the group hacked the page of the Ministry of Interior of the autonomous region of Kurdistan in northern Iraq and left the following message on the page, "People should not be afraid of their government. Governments should be afraid of their citizens."
- 10th July 2021 - The group hacked the Ministry of Education's scoring system page, before which all students in the Kurdistan Region receive their grade points.
- 27th September 2021 - The group attacked the site of Erbil Airport
- 11th October 2021 - The hacker group, along with a Turkish hacker, hacked a website of Donald Trump's official website.
- 23rd October 2021 - The group hacked the website of Gorran, a political party in the autonomous region of Kurdistan.
- 1rst November 2021 - The group hacked the Ethiopian government site Administration of Veterinary Medicines and Feed.
- 11th November 2021 - The group hacked the Mongolian Central Bank and the Mongolia Police.
- 26th December 2021 - The group hacked the TV live stream of the Kurdish news channel Gelî Kurdistan, which is the official mouthpiece of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan.
- 27th December 2021 - The group hacked several Albanian government sites.
- 13th March 2022 - In retaliation for the Iranian missile attacks on the capital of the Kurdistan Region, Erbil, the hacking team hacked hundreds of Iranian websites, including propaganda sites and aviation authorities.
