The 1944 Prime Minister's Cup was the first Prime Minister's Cup match between Beşiktaş, 1943-44 national cluster season, and Fenerbahçe, the Turkish football championship champions of the 1943-44 season. On June 3, 1944, Beşiktaş won the match 4–1 at the Ankara 19 Mayıs Stadium, becoming the winner of the cup for the first time.
