The 1999–2000 Polish League Cup was the 4th edition of the Polish football knockout tournament, and the 1st under the name of the "Polish League Cup". It started on 1 September 1999 and finished on 25 April 2000.
The format of the cup was a knockout tournament with each team playing each other twice, both home and away, with the aggregate score deciding on who advanced to the next rounds. The tournament used the away goals rule if the teams were tied after the two games. In contrast to the rest of the tournament, the final was held over 1 leg. The finalists were rivals Polonia Warsaw and Legia Warsaw, with Polonia winning the cup after beating Legia 2–1 in the final.
