1WAY FM is a Christian community radio station broadcasting to Canberra from studios in the suburb of Fyshwick.[3]
The organisation’s aim is to present the reality of Jesus Christ which it does with music and programs that promote a Christian lifestyle. 1 WAY FM is a non-profit company run by a volunteer staff and is funded by listener support and commercial sponsors.[4]
Programming[edit]
1WAY FM primarily broadcasts adult contemporary music by Christian artists, but also features programs of worship music as well as traditional hymns and choruses. It also broadcasts syndicated bible-teaching programs such as Insight for Living and Focus on the Family.[5]
