The 2002–03 Green Bay Phoenix men's basketball team represents the University of Wisconsin–Green Bay in the 2002–03 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Phoenix led by second year head coach Tod Kowalczyk, and finished season with record 10-20, 4-12.

True Sophomore Matt Rohde was the team's leading scorer with 12.8 points, 4.6 assists and Senior Center Greg Babcock with 8.4 rebounds.[1]
