The 2002 El Cajon, California mayoral election was held on November 5, 2002 to elect the mayor of El Cajon, California. It saw the re-election of incumbent Mark Lewis, who was first elected in 1998. Mike Cornell was the last registered Democrat to run for Mayor of El Cajon (as of January 1, 2020).
Municipal elections in California are officially non-partisan.
