The 2003 New England Collegiate Baseball League All-Star Game was the 11th exhibition game between all-stars from the NECBL's Northern and the Southern Divisions. The National All-Stars shut out the Southern All-Stars 6-0.[1] Josh DiScipio of the Concord Quarry Dogs was named the game's MVP.
