2004 Santa Rosa Local Elections

Local elections was held in Santa Rosa, Laguna, on May 10, 2004, within the Philippine general election. The voters elected for the elective local posts in the city: the mayor, vice mayor, and ten councilors.

Incumbent Mayor Leon Arcillas run for Re-election under . Her opponent Former Mayor Roberto "Tito" Gonzales Under Kampi. Gonzales also served as Mayor from 1988 to 1998.
Incumbent Vice Mayor Joey Catindig Running for Re-election under Independent And Her opponent Mayor Arcillas' running mate is Incumbent Barangay Chairman Manuel Alipon Under Lakas who is also under, Incumbent Councilor Eric Puzon Under Kampi And Incumbent Councilor Luisito Algabre under Independent.

Voters will elect ten (8) councilors to comprise the Municipal Council or the Sangguniang Bayan.
