The 2005–06 Moroccan Throne Cup was won by OC Khouribga. The final took place on 5 November 2006 at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.[1]

This edition featured a shock, when defending champions Raja de Casablanca forfeited their quarter final match against Hassania d'Agadir.
