2011 NSCRO Men's Division III Rugby Tournament
The 2011 NSCRO Men's Division III Rugby Tournament was a tournament which involved over 140 schools playing in a single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of men's NSCRO Division III college rugby as a culmination of the 2010–11 rugby season. It began in the fall 2010 season in the northeast, midwest and mid-atlantic, and picked up again in the spring 2011 season for the southern teams, and concluded with the Fearsome Four, a final four-style semifinals and championship games co-hosted by South Jersey RFC on April 30-May 1 at the Virginia Beach Sportsplex in Virginia Beach, VA.
The Final Four were determined by regional tournaments. Salve Regina University of Newport, RI won Region 1 (New England); Ithaca College of Ithaca, NY won Region 2 (New York and Midwest); Longwood University of Longwood, Virginia, won Region 3 (South) and Occidental College of Los Angeles, CA won Region 4 (West).
In the semifinals, Longwood University defeated Salve Regina University in a close match. Occidental defeated Ithaca convincingly.
In the consolation match, Salve Regina defeated Ithaca for 3d place. In the championship match, Longwood University defeated Occidental for the small college national championship.
All matches were broadcast live on Livestream.
