The 2011 Pecos League season was the 1st season of professional baseball in the Pecos League, an independent baseball league which operates in cities in desert mountain regions throughout New Mexico, and Texas, since its creation in August 2010. There are 6 Pecos League teams, split evenly between Mountain and Pacific divisions.[1]
Andrew Dunn was announced as commissioner for the 2011 season.
Season Schedule[edit]
The 6 teams in the league are all in one division.
The season was played with a 74-game schedule with opening day on May 11.[2] The Regular season concluded on July 31,[3] and the playoffs concluded on August 18.[4]

In the Playoffs, the Invaders beat the Cowboys 2 games to 1, and Rudioso beat White Sands 2 games to none. In the championship, Roswell beat Rudioso 2 games to 1. [8]
