The 2015 College Football Championship Game is the national championship game of the 2014 college football season. It is scheduled to take place on Monday, January 12, 2015, and will be the first time the national title will be contested through the implementation of a four-team College Football Playoff system, replaced the previous Bowl Championship Series.
Teams[edit]
The teams playing for the national championship trophy will be the winners of the semi-final games to be held January 1, 2015. This season, the semi-finals will be held at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, CA and the Sugar Bowl in New Orleans, LA. The teams will be ranked 1 through 4 by the 13-member Selection Committee of the College Football Playoff.[1]
