The 2016 FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship was the fourth season of the FIA Masters Historic Formula One Championship. It began at Circuit Zolder on 9 April and ended at Circuito del Jarama on 16 October.[1]

The class champions were Michael Lyons (pre-1978) and Nick Padmore (post-1978).
