On the morning of Tuesday, March 1, 2016, the Sultanate of Oman Police, announced the death of 18 people and wounding 14 others in a traffic accident between a bus and a truck and a passenger car, the road that connects between Fahud and Ibri, stressing that these figures are preliminary.[1] Several foreign nationals were killed, including from China and Pakistan[2]

Omani police said through the official account in the "Twitter" that the damage to the vehicles in Abbari- Fahud accident was very large, which led to the death of 18 people.
Investigation[edit]
The official Omani news agency reported that the incident occurred between the big bus and a truck and a vehicle near the roundabout Natih which connects the state of Hebrew and leopards in the early hours of Tuesday morning, and resulted in the death of 18 people of different nationalities and wounding 14 others injured ranged between medium and eloquent. "
