The 2017–18 season was Darlington F.C.'s second season in the National League North following their promotion from Northern Premier League Division One North.

It covered the period from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.

On 5 July 2017, the fixtures for the forthcoming season were announced. Darlington will start the season away to Salford City on 5 August and finish away to Stockport County on 28 April 2018.[1]
