The 2017–18 season is the 119th season in the history of Leyton Orient Football Club, and their first in the National League after being relegated from the Football League for the first time in 112 years.[3]

The season covers the period from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018.

Key events[edit]

  • 10 July: Steve Davis is appointed manager for the new campaign, signing a two-year contract.[4]
  • 14 November: Manager Steve Davis is sacked, with the club 19th in the league with assistant manager Ross Embleton appointed as caretaker. [5]
  • 29 November: Justin Edinburgh is appointed Manager of the club. [2]
