2017 Whitehall Incident
On 27th April 2017, an incident occurred on Whitehall, Central London. According to reports, the suspect, a man in his late 20s, was carrying at least two knives. Scotland Yard confirmed that no one was injured in the incident.[1]

A witness was quoted saying that they saw two knives on the ground, one of which is supposedly a large bread knife. He was arrested by police at the scene. Nobody was injured, according to police.
Aftermath
Police arrested the man at 14:22 BST, who was then transported to a police station in south London. Forensic officers later examined the objects left on the street. The entrance to Whitehall was blocked by the police.
