The 2018-19 Northern Football Alliance season was the 120th in the history of Northern Football Alliance, a football competition in England.
Premier Division[edit]
Premier Division consisted of 16 clubs.
The following 4 clubs left the Premier Division before the season -
- Birtley Town - promoted to Northern League Division 2
- Ashington Colliers - resigned
- Northbank Carlisle - resigned
- Killingworth Town - merged with newly promoted Killingworth YPC to form AFC Killingworth
The following 4 clubs joined the Premier Division before the season -
- Alnwick Town - relegated from Northern League Division Two
- Killingworth YPC - promoted from Northern Alliance Division One then merged with Killingworth Town to create AFC Killingworth
- Hazelrigg Victory - promoted from Northern Alliance Division One then renamed Newcastle BLue Star
- Newcastle Chemfica - promoted from Northern Alliance Division One

- Killingworth YPC - promoted to Northern Alliance Premier Division then merged with Killingworth Town to create AFC Killingworth
- Hazelrigg Victory - promoted to Northern Alliance Premier Division then renamed Newcastle BLue Star
- Newcastle Chemfica - promoted to Northern Alliance Premier Division
- New Fordley - resigned
- Cramlington Town - relegated to Northern Alliance Division Two
The following 5 clubs joined the Division One before the season -
- Blyth Spartans reserves - promoted from Northern Alliance Division Two
- Prudhoe Youth Club Seniors - promoted from Northern Alliance Division Two
- Winlaton Vulcans - promoted from Northern Alliance Division Two
- Bedlington FC - promoted from Northern Alliance Division Two
- Blyth Town - promoted from Northern Alliance Division Two

- Stobswood Welfare - promoted from Tyneside Amateur League
