The 122th Laois Championship where Camross beating Rathdowney-Errill 2-15 to 0-19 but Rathdowney-Errill lots their best player Ross King to a facial injury with a split lip and with two teeth knocked back the ref only gave a yellow to Darrell Dooley and Niall Holmes of Camross. Camross Are the frist team since 2003 to win 2 in a row. Camross will now go on to to play Wexford Championship winers in Leinster Championship.Mark Kavanagh of Rathdowney-Errill was the top score with 3-50.Portlaoise Will be back up in 2019 after winning the Senior B.And down went Balyfin only spending 1 year in the flight of Laois hurling.
