The 2018 season was Milton SC's fifth season in the Canadian Soccer League. The club returned to the Second Division since its founding in 2014.^[1]Their season began on June 10, 2018 against FC Vorkuta B. Under the management of Suad Tihak the club managed to finish in the top four, but failed to appear in the postseason. The club's top goalscorer was Marko Mitrušić with ten goals.
