The 2019 FIA Formula 3 Championship is planned to be the inaugural season of the FIA Formula 3 Championship, a championship for Formula 3 cars that is sanctioned by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) as the third tier of the FIA Global Pathway. The championship was created by merging the GP3 Series and the FIA Formula 3 European Championship.[1]
