Local elections took place in Tarlac on Monday, May 13, 2019, as part of the 2019 Philippine general election.
Voters elected a mayor, a vice mayor, and a total of 10 councilors.
The election saw incumbent mayor Cristy Angeles and incumbent vice mayor Aro Mendoza re-elected for their second consecutive term in a landslide victory against former mayor Ace Manalang.
