2020 Negro Solstice

The 2020 Negro Solstice is an internet phenomenon that coincides with the Great Conjunction of 2020.^[1] The Solstice is alleged to unlock hidden DNA that would give superpowers to Black people.^[2]

Origin

On December 5, Twitter user named @lottidot posted a tweet claiming that Black people's true DNA would be unlocked because they "are stronger and smarter than anyone else".^[3] This soon started to trend in the weeks afterwards. ^[4]
