The 2021–22 Serbian SuperLiga is the sixteenth of the Serbian SuperLiga since its establishment. Red Star were the defending champions from the previous season.

The league will consist of 16 teams: fourteen teams from the 2020–21 Serbian SuperLiga and two new teams from the 2020–21 Serbian First League, Radnički 1923 (promoted after a six-year absence) and Kolubara (promoted for the first time in the history).
