The 2021 Football Queensland Premier League is the 4th season of the Football Queensland Premier League. The competition runs from the 12th of March 2021 to the 10th of October 2021.[1]

Eleven teams will compete in the league with the teams placed second to eleventh from the previous season and the relegated team from the 2020 NPL Queensland Season.
