The Chinese Futsal Super League (CFL) is the top league for futsal in China. The winning team obtains the participation right to the AFC Futsal Club Championship. There are 11 teams competing in the league, which operates on a system of promotion and relegation with the Chinese Futsal First League.League 2023. started with 12 teams, during the season team Ulanqabqile stopped their activities, and their results were deleted.
