The 2022 Capital Football season was the 69th season in Capital Football. The season commenced 2 April 2022.[1]

This season saw the rebranding of the NPL ACT 2 to be named the Capital Premier League.[2]

NPL ACT is the ACT's highest senior men's division. Canberra Croatia were the Premiers, Monaro Panthers were champions at the end of the NPL ACT Finals series while Belconnen United were relegated to Capital Premier League for the 2023 season.

2022 was the first season of Capital Premier League as the ACT's second senior men's division. Tuggeranong United were the premiers and champions and were promoted to the NPL ACT for the 2023 season.
