The 2022 FIBA Women’s Micronesian Basketball Cup was an international basketball tournament contested by nations of the newly formed Micronesia FIBA Oceania sub-zone. The inaugural edition of the women's tournament was held together alongside the Men's tournament in Mangilao, Guam from 8 to 11 June 2022. Matches were played at the University of Guam Calvo Field House. It was officially launched on 17 January 2022.[1]

The tournament served as qualifiers for the women's basketball event of the 2023 Pacific Games in Honiara, Solomon Islands with one berth for Micronesia allocated for The top team in this tournament. Hosts Guam dominated the women's tournament winning all of their games including the final.[2]
