2022 abortion protests in the United States

A series of abortion rights and anti-abortion protests were held in the United States in May 2022, following the leak of a draft majority opinion for the Supreme Court case Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, which would overturn Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey if approved.[1][2]
Locations[edit]
In Washington, D.C., protesters gathered outside the Supreme Court Building, including both pro-abortion rights and anti-abortion protestors.[3][4][5][6] No arrests have been reported.[7]
Abortion rights protests have also taken place in New York, California, Texas, Nevada, Massachusetts, and Oregon.[8][9][10][11] Cities with demonstrations included:
