- 1 October 2021 until 31 March 2022 – Expo 2020 is scheduled to occur in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

- Datong Art Museum, designed by Foster + Partners, opens to the public.[1]
- Israel
- A new campus for the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, designed by SANAA, projected for completion.[2]
- Malaysia
- Merdeka 118 in Kuala Lumpur, the tallest building in Malaysia and Southeast Asia and the second-tallest building in the world, projected for completion.
- Turkey
- Çanakkale 1915 Bridge, the longest suspension bridge in the world, projected for completion.
- United Arab Emirates
- Abrahamic Family House in Abu Dhabi, designed by Adjaye Associates, projected for completion.[3]
- United States
- The Brooklyn Tower in New York City, the tallest structure in New York City outside Manhattan, as well as the first supertall building in Brooklyn, projected for completion.
