The 2023 London marathon is an event that will take place in April 2023, after the marathon was cancelled and postponed the last two years due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Kingdom.[1]

It is unknown which athletes will compete in this event although the draw has been announced.[2] The route is going to follow the same route as last year, and road closures will follow the same route.[3][4]
Sponsors include TCS, New Balance, and several others. People are allowed to run for several charities.
The London marathon will return to its annual spring time since 2019.[5][6]
A virtual event will also be included.[7]
