The 2025 FIFA Club World Cup qualification is the qualifying process which decided the 32 teams that will play the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The top club tournaments organized by the six continental confederations, ended between 2021 and 2024, will determine the qualifiers for the competition. Qualification began on 19 September 2020 with several matches of 2020–21 UEFA Champions League group stage, and it will end on 30 November 2024 with the 2024 Copa Libertadores final.

Format
The spots were distributed as follows:[1]
- AFC (Asia): 4
- CAF (Africa): 4
- CONCACAF (North, Central America and Caribbean): 4
- CONMEBOL (South America): 6
- OFC (Oceania): 1
- UEFA (Europe): 12
- Host: 1
The champions of the AFC Champions League, CAF Champions League, CONCACAF Champions League, Copa Libertadores and UEFA Champions League ended between 2021 and 2024 qualify for the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
The other qualified teams will be by confederations 4-year ranking.[2] If a team was champion of two or more editions of the competition, its spot will be redistributed to the best team in the ranking.
By only having one place, in the OFC only the champions will be eligible for the ranking.
For confederations other than Europe, the teams were ranked according to match result, excluding extra time (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss); and stage qualifications (3 points for each round reached, starting at the group stage, except in CONCACAF, which counts from round of 16).
At UEFA the coefficient system is used to make the ranking. The teams earn 2 points for win, 1 for draw, 4 for qualify at group stage, 5 for qualify at knockout stage, and 1 for each round advanced from there.
A restriction of two clubs per association is applied on teams eligible for qualifications via ranking.

If tied on points, tiebreakers are applied in the following order[2]

Confederation qualification
AFC
As the AFC Champions League was shifted from an intra-year schedule to an inter-year schedule starting from 2023 to 2024, only three seasons of the AFC Champions League will be completed within the consideration period of 2021 to 2024. As a result, the remaining spot will be allocated using the 4-year club ranking.[2]

As the Al Ahly won two editions of the competition, its spot will be redistributed to the best team in the 4-year ranking. Furthermore, by qualified for the final against Espérance de Tunis, already qualified by ranking, A second spot will be available in the 4-year ranking.[2]

Clubs from Brazil are not eligible for classification via the four-year ranking due to the restriction of two clubs per association.
If any of the winners of the previous three competitions (Palmeiras, Flamengo, or Fluminense), becomes the winner of the 2024 Copa Libertadores, the spot will be redistributed to the next best eligible team in the ranking.
