The 2026 Colorado attorney general election will take place on November 3, 2026, to elect the next Colorado Attorney General. Incumbent Democratic Attorney General Phil Weiser will be term-limited and ineligible to seek reelection. No candidate has declared their candidacy with the Colorado Secretary of State.
