2MASS J17172630-3614476 is a blue supergiant star in constellation Sagittarius.[1] Its spectral type is B0Ib so its colour is blue. Its apparent magnitude is 13.585 so it can't be seen by the naked eye. Based on the parallax[2], the star is located about 9,000 light-year away from the Solar System. It lies in the small star cluster VVV-CL107. The other members, like 2MASS J17172617-3614412, MASS J17172832-3614430, 2MASS J17172787-3614479, and WISEA J171727.69-361448.6.
