On Ramp Records was launched in 2007 as a sister label to 306 Records.[6] Releases on the label are distributed by EMI.[7] On Ramp's first release was Deric Ruttan's First Time in a Long Time.[8] The label has since signed CCMA Award winners Brad Johner and Shane Yellowbird,[9] Canadian Idol judge Zack Werner's band, Haymaker,[9] and singer-songwriter Victoria Banks.[10]
