3CatInfo is the new news brand for the Corporació Catalana de Mitjans Audiovisuals (CCMA), that unites the news offer from TV3 and Catalunya Ràdio on TV, radio & digital media. The CCMA has integrated the channel 3/24 and the Catalunya Informació radio station, with a strong focus on digital consumption and social media.[1][2]
The news production is centered around a new main studio for all time slots and formats (the different editions of Telenotícies, Els matins...). The offering includes the repositioning and the redesign of some programs.[3]
The corporation has renewed the presenting and editing teams for Telenotícies and the channel 3/24 (now named 3CatInfo), combining veteran profiles with new faces focused on the digital environment.[4][5]
The premiere of 3CatInfo happened on September 17, 2025.[6]
History
On October 21, the CCMA announced the unification of its television and radio news services under the 3CatInfo brand. Initially, it was reported that it would launch in early 2025, although the timeline changed, and it was delayed for a few months until september.[2][7]
During the spring of 2025, 3Cat unveiled the new look and editorial positioning of the Telenotícies news program within the new model, featuring Toni Cruanyes and Raquel Sans on TN Vespre, Xavi Coral and Anna Garnatxe on TN Migdia, Júlia López and Joan Raventós on TN Cap de setmana and Núria Solé on TN Comarques.[4]
In June 2025, the brand new news studio at TV3 in Sant Joan Despí was unveiled. It has an area of about 400 m², using robotic cameras and mobile vertical screens, designed for digital and social media formats.[8]
