3 Phase Marketing (stylised as 3PM) is an Australian digital marketing agency headquartered in Melbourne, Victoria.[1][2] It was founded in 2015 by Sonia Majkic and Tamara Alaveras.
As of 2025, Majkic and Alaveras continue to lead the company.[3]
History
Sonia Majkic and Tamara Alaveras, who had previously worked together, founded 3 Phase Marketing with personal savings.[4][5] The co-founders acquired their initial clients through direct outreach and networking.[5] A major early contract with Mercedes-Benz helped the agency's cashflow and industry credibility.[6]
3PM expanded steadily. In the early 2020s, the firm grew to approximately 30 employees and opened offices in multiple Australian cities. During the COVID-19 lockdowns in 2020, 3PM adapted its services to assist local businesses with e-commerce and developed an online marketplace for traders at Melbourne's Prahran Market.[7] Later, 3PM secured the media and creative account for Essendon Fields Auto, expanding its footprint in automotive marketing.[8]
In 2024, 3PM developed an online platform for the Financial Advice Association Australia, for which it received a Titan Award in the business website category.[9]
3PM has been recognised on the AFR Most Innovative Companies, AFR Fast Starters List[10] and the Financial Review Boss Most Innovative Companies.[6][11] In May 2025, the firm was named Marketing Agency of the Year at the TITAN Business Awards.[3]
Operations
3PM operates as a data-driven agency that provides end-to-end digital marketing services, including analytics, user experience (UX) design, content creation, media buying, and the development of websites and e-commerce platforms.[3]
