3tone Records is an independent record label based in the UK. Launched in 2016.[1] by live productions partners Dean Roberts and Christoffer Borud, the label draws on the directors' experience of working with artists such as John Newman, Amy Winehouse, Jason Derulo, Echo and the Bunnymen and Queens of the Stone Age. At the time of launch, it was stated in the NME that the company was announcing "a new twist on the old way of doing things."[1] The label signed its first artist, Samm Hender, in 2017, but to date the artist and company are yet to release their debut recordings. Despite this, social media posts by the label and the artist appear to show ongoing recording activities in the UK and Sweden.

The label operates within the 3tone group, covering other related areas such as artist management, music publishing, live productions and tour management[2]
