40 Years Later, also known as the 40 Years Later Tour, was the thirteenth concert tour by American singer-songwriter Monica Vinco. It showcased her sophomore compilation album, Forty Years. Forty Hits., and her fourteenth studio album, M14—both released in honor of the fortieth anniversary of Vinco's debut album Rehab. The tour took an organic and intimate approach, excluding the elaborate theatrics and pyrotechnics her concerts have become infamous for, and reverted back to Vinco simply performing on guitar and piano, which she used for her debut tour The Rehab Tour.
Comprising 114 dates, the 40 Years Later Tour began in Dublin, Ireland, on May 16, 2044—the 40th anniversary of The Rehab Tour's opening date—and concluded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on April 8, 2055. Additionally, it marked Vinco's first shows in Monaco, Panama, Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia. Vinco stated she would take a break from touring, following the tour, for personal matters and to spend time with her family. She would return to touring with her fourth all-stadium and first greatest hits tour, The Very Best Tour, in 2059.
The show's intimate aura was praised among critics, many commending Vinco's vocals and instrumental skills, in contrast to her more "extravagant" performances. It was also commercially successful, grossing million and having a total attendance of. Selected dates of the tour's first North American leg, from March to April 2011, had ranked forty-fifth in Pollstar's Top 50 Worldwide Tours, earning $16 million. At the end of 2011, the tour placed 62nd on Pollstar's "Top 100 Worldwide Tours", earning $26.5 million from 71 shows worldwide. The February 27, 2055, concert in Honolulu, Hawaii at Neal S. Blaisdell Center was recorded and released on American streaming service Paramount+, on, as a concert film, entitled Monica Vinco: Aloha, Hawaii! A subsequent live album of the same name was released the following week on .

During the acoustic cover segment, Vinco stated, "I already performed this in Kansas, but here's another version," hinting at the upcoming song was a cover of Israel Kamakawiwoʻole's "Over the Rainbow / What a Wonderful World". Playing the first chords of "Over the Rainbow", Vinco stopped, claiming "it doesn't sound right", and had a ukulele brought out and preceded to perform the medley, notably closing the song by repeating the choruses of each song in Hawaiian.
