5 Border Corners, Australia
The "5 Border Corners" are a collection of little-known landmarks in Australia. The landmarks are each a meeting point of state or territory borders. The meeting point is recognised with a Boundary marker. These are located in remote areas amongst difficult terrain.[1]

South Australia's eastern border was supposed to follow the 141st meridian, but the first surveyors measured it incorrectly.[2] A 70-year border dispute followed, and eventually resulted in the unusual layout of MacCabe Corner, with Victoria using the original incorrect calculation, and NSW using the new and correct one.[3]
