60TP Lewandowskiego
60TP lewandowskiego was a Polish prototype tank from 1956, designed by Richard lewandowski who was a cadet at the Military Technical Academy of Warsaw. The tank’s main armament was a 152.4 millimeter cannon, powered by the colossal M50T V12 diesel, it was a fast tank but also a very thirsty one. The engine gave the tank 1,050 horsepower and a top speed of 44 kilometers an hour. The frontal armor was meant to be 200 millimeters thick and the side armor being 140 millimeters thick. The total weight came in at about 60.02 tonnes; the project was scrapped at the drafting stage.
