In October 2010, 8 Ball Pool was officially released on mobile phones and web browsers. Miniclip developed and published the mobile version worldwide.
Gameplay[edit]
8 Ball Pool is an online multiplayer pool game where players compete in billiard-themed game rooms to earn pool coins. These coins are used to purchase cue sticks and other gear. Players collect experience points to level up and unlock new game rooms and items. The game simulates traditional billiards with various modes, including 1-vs-1 matches and tournaments. Players aim to pocket all object balls and finally the 8 ball to win.
