8 Clearwater Bay Road (Chinese: 清水湾道8号) is a residential skyscraper in the Wong Tai Sin District of Hong Kong. Built between 2002 and 2005, the tower stands at 186 m (610 ft) with 53 floors and is the current 126th tallest building in Hong Kong.[2]

Clear Water Bay No. 8 is situated above the current MTRC Choi Hung Station, at the former Ping Shek bus terminal on Clear Water Bay Road. The project has a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 32,500 m2 (350,000 sq ft). It consists of 40 residential storeys offering 316 residential units in 2 and 3-bedroom layouts, including penthouses with gardens. Each apartment has a balcony.[3]
The development includes a clubhouse with amenities like Jacuzzi, swimming pools, gym room, multi-function rooms, and other facilities.
Apart from housing units, there is a shopping mall with 5 floors, a car park with 8 floors offering 504 parking spots including 450 for the public, with preference given to park & ride users, and 54 for commercial and residential use, along with a public transport interchange with access ramps spanning over Clear Water Bay Road.[4]
