8 Clearwater Bay Road (Chinese: 清水湾道8号) is a residential skyscraper in the Wong Tai Sin District of Hong Kong. Completed in 2005, the tower stands at 186 m (610 ft) with 53 floors and is currently the 126th tallest building in Hong Kong.[2]

Situated above the MTRC Choi Hung Station, 8 Clearwater Bay Road boasts a Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 32,500 m2 (350,000 sq ft). It offers 40 residential floors with 316 units, including penthouses with gardens and balconies in each apartment.[3]
The development features a clubhouse with amenities such as a Jacuzzi, swimming pools, gym, and multi-function rooms. Additionally, there is a 5-floor shopping mall, an 8-floor car park with 504 spaces, and a public transport interchange.[4]
