A 2nd Transportation Company (2TC) HET at the National Training Center.

The 916th Support Brigade is a United States Army Sustainment Brigade which serves as the main logistical and aviation support for the National Training Center.[1] The 916th Support Brigade was activated in 1997[2] to establish a presence of diverse skills in the area of operations at Fort Irwin, California. This includes mission command, rail operations, Heavy Equipment Transport (HET), rotary wing OPFOR, Aeromedical casualty evacuation, and aviation transportation.[3] The 916th’s mission is to augment and support rotational units (RTUs) as they arrive and train at the National Training Center. [4]
