96 Zeus (1996) is an indie / Lo-Fi artist known for “you'll find someone and it will be amazing.”

Biography

Born in the US and raised in Norway, 96 Zeus is a recording artist who currently resides in Kristiansand. He produces, writes, and records his own songs, as well as mixes them, all in his home studio.

With a broad taste in music, 96 Zeus finds inspiration and influence from bands such as Sparklehorse, Slowdive, The Smashing Pumpkins, and The Cure, as well as artists such as Trevor Powers, John Lennon, and Lou Reed.

Soft melancholy melodies and the feeling of nostalgia can be found in most of his music, both in the form of various instruments, as well as his own vocals. Several months after releasing his first ever lo-fi instrumental track, he landed a deal with Kindbrew Records, releasing the single lovelovelove.. Within the same month, 96 Zeus came in contact with SPEECHLESS and released the single you'll find someone and it will be amazing with his label. The dreamy lo-fi beat ended up making the editorial playlist Bedtime Beats by Apple Music.

While being open to collaborate with other labels, 96 Zeus mainly releases his music with his own label Jet Lynn Music Group. Accumulating over 1,000,000 overall streams, 96 Zeus is slowly finding his place in the lo-fi community.
