Career
Early Years
Sherinian worked as the Managing Director of Public Affairs at the Millennium Challenge Corporation, a U.S. Government development assistance agency administering $7 billion in poverty reduction grants in 40 partner countries. He led the agency’s global rebranding effort, media relationships, public relations agenda, and strategic communications portfolio. [6][8] Sherinian held various diplomatic positions at the Embassies of the United States in Ecuador, Armenia, Costa Rica, [10] and Colombia, as well as in Washington under two different Assistant Secretaries of State. Services at Aga Khan Development and Phillip Morris International
From 2017 until 2018, Sherinian worked as global communications director for the Aga Khan Development Network.[2] During his tenure, he helped shepherd the organization's global communications functions into new areas of expertise and reach as well as the global Jubilee celebrations of His Highness the Aga Khan also took place during his services. [5]In September 2018, he joined Phillip Morris International as Vice-President for Global Transformation Communications in Paris, and later got transferred to work in the D.C. office. At Phillip Morris International, [3] Sherinian was mainly responsible for modifying perceptions about the organization’s commitment to a smoke-free future. [8]

In 2021, Sherinian joined Deseret Management Corporation (DMC) as senior vice president of global reach. [1]As a member of the senior management team of Deseret Management Corporation, Sherinian is responsible for managing the Global Reach portfolio. Sherinian helps the portfolio of media companies, communications firms, and financial organizations build and grow relationships with the target market to expand the reach of their brands, content, and services. He works on issues concerning the establishment of trustworthy relationships between the faith and the media industry. [3][5]
